Remote Patient Monitoring.

The project aims to develop the technology necessary for remote patient telemonitoring.

To achieve this, it is necessary to integrate devices designed to obtain clinical information from home with a telemedicine platform. This will allow healthcare professionals to monitor patients remotely.

The UCI, SOFTEL, and XETID have developed a telemedicine platform, while COMBIOMED has focused on creating and continuing to develop devices for telemonitoring patients with cardiovascular conditions.
