A Super Team to the Rescue: When the Power Goes Out, Commitment Remains
In the dynamic world of information technologies, unforeseen events are everyday trials by fire. At Softel, each day brings new challenges, and some arrive unexpectedly. The loss of electrical power may interrupt part of our operations, but it cannot stop the will to keep doing, creating, and contributing.
On an intense day marked by power outages and adverse weather conditions, our technical, services, and infrastructure teams once again took on the responsibility of maintaining the conditions necessary for the company to continue operating. Under rain, heat, and mist, specialists deployed immediate contingency protocols to ensure the continuity of the company’s critical services. Maintenance work was carried out on the backup server equipment—an essential task to strengthen technological infrastructure and support the continuity of organizational services. Ensuring system stability in complex circumstances requires not only solid technical preparation but also flawless coordination among the different links of the team.
Beyond cables, equipment, and servers, Softel’s operational resilience rests on exceptional human talent. Behind every intervention are people willing to roll up their sleeves when they are needed most. People who understand that keeping infrastructure running also means protecting everyone’s work, supporting our services, and ensuring that Softel can continue moving forward.
Because in the face of difficulty, there is always something to be done—and, above all, hands ready to do it.
That is the true superpower of our team: the ability to respond, collaborate, and find solutions even when conditions are far from ideal.
Today we want to recognize those who were there, working to keep Softel moving forward.
Power may fail. Commitment does not.
