DIRIGER is a Business Management system based on the Balanced Scorecard methodology for management by indicators, best practices in Internal Control, Work Plans, and control in the execution of projects and investments in which the Organization participates. It provides information on the organization's performance by monitoring a set of quantitative indicators, defined taking into account Strategic Planning, compliance with Work Plans, and the identification of Strategic Risks. It guarantees systematic monitoring of the Strategic and Specific Objectives and the Guidelines and Policies for the country's and the Organization's work. It allows the Organization to systematically update its performance and that of its subordinate Units or Entities, regardless of their location or geographical distribution.
